Recurrent Pregnancy Loss

Unfortunately for some women the delay in achieving a baby is accompanied by the early loss of a pregnancy. When this occurs 3 or more times then Recurrent miscarriage or recurrent Pregnancy loss is diagnosed. Approximately 1% of women experience RPL. Many investigations and treatments have been suggested and many anxious and desperate couples may be offered expensive and unproven or even harmful treatments.
